Cancel your ApparelAI subscription on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web, avoid the next charge, and see what happens to your plan, credits and refunds.
You can cancel your ApparelAI subscription at any time. Cancel it where you subscribed. If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, so you cancel in your iPhone's Settings app, not in ApparelAI.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, it doesn't renew.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription
Removing ApparelAI from your phone doesn't stop the payments. Cancel the subscription with the steps below.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
A subscription bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple, so you cancel it in your device's settings.
Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name
Tap your name or profile picture at the top.
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap ApparelAI
Tap ApparelAI.
Cancel the subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews
Apple renews the subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel later, Apple charges you for the next period.
Don't see ApparelAI under Subscriptions?
- You may be signed in with a different Apple ID from the one you subscribed with. Sign in with that Apple ID, then check again.
- You may have subscribed in the Android app or on the web. Cancel there instead, with the steps below.

Cancel on Android
A subscription bought in the Android app is billed by Google Play, so you cancel it in the Play Store.
Open the Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app.
Open your subscriptions
Tap your profile picture at the top right, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Cancel the subscription
Tap the ApparelAI subscription, then tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps on screen.
Cancel on the web
Open Billing
Sign in at app.apparelai.studio and select Billing in the sidebar.
Cancel the subscription
Find your subscription, choose to cancel it, and confirm.
If you can't find the cancel option, contact support with your account email.
What happens after you cancel
- Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, it doesn't renew.
- For web subscriptions, unused plan credits don't carry over after the cancellation.
- Credits from credit packs never expire.
